Savannah is a city brimming with southern hospitality and striking historical landmarks. Founded in 1733 as the last British crown colony, Savannah was America’s first planned city. Hip and historic, robust and refined, Savannah is where you’ll find amazing architecture, mansions and rich history, along with beautiful parks and fabulous food. Hop aboard a trolley or horse–drawn carriage tour; rent a bike; or simply walk to discover and experience all
that Savannah has to offer.
Georgia’s far north, provides superb mountain scenery. Trek through Rock City’s natural formations, tour Ruby Falls, one of America’s deepest caves and largest underground waterfall and ride the Incline Railway, the world’s steepest passenger railway.
Visit Georgia’s coast for its natural beauty and eco–tourism, but be sure to take in some of the most unique history and culture in the nation.
